C.R.S. § 37-90-120: Management districts - petition - signatures required - filing.

Following receipt of the consent required by section 37-90-119, a petition calling for formation of the proposed district may be filed with the commission. The petition shall be signed by not less than fifteen percent of the taxpaying electors within the proposed district.
