C.R.S. § 38-13-902.4: Claim of the state, a county, a municipality, or a governmental agency.

At any time after property has been paid or delivered to the administrator under this article 13, if the administrator determines that the state, a county, a municipality, or a state governmental agency owns the property, the administrator may issue a warrant to or transfer the property to an operating account of the state, the county, the municipality, or the state governmental agency.
