C.R.S. § 38-30-154: Clerk shall furnish certified copies.

The clerk of any court, upon demand, shall furnish to any party in interest copies of any such papers and records properly attached and certified by him under the seal of such court, and the same shall thereupon be admitted to record accordingly.
