C.R.S. § 39-11-125: Disposal of certificates of purchase by districts.

Any irrigation or drainage district having in its possession or under its control certificates of purchase resulting from the sale of a tax lien on property for the nonpayment of irrigation or drainage district taxes or assessments may assign, sell, or transfer those certificates of purchase in such manner, at such times, and on such terms as may be determined by resolution adopted by the board of directors of the district, and thereupon the district shall execute and deliver such instruments as may be necessary to fully convey all interest in or to those certificates of purchase.
