C.R.S. § 39-27-310: Construction of this part 3 - rules and regulations.

(1) This part 3 shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this part 3 among jurisdictions enacting it for the purpose of participating in a multijurisdictional motor fuel tax and fee agreement.

(2) The department shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement this part 3 and any agreement entered into under this part 3.
