C.R.S. § 42-2-301: Definitions.

As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Department" means the department of revenue.

(2) "Identification card" means the identification card issued under this article.

(3) "Registrant" means a person who acquires an identification card under the provisions of this part 3.
