C.R.S. § 42-4-1611: Tabulation and analysis of reports.

The department shall tabulate and may analyze all crash reports and shall publish annually or at more frequent intervals statistical information based thereon as to the number and circumstances of traffic crashes and in such a way that the information may be of value to the department of transportation in eliminating roadway hazards. The statistical information must be issued in accordance with the provisions of section 24-1-136.
