C.R.S. § 42-8-102: Definitions.

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Motor vehicles" means trucks, truck tractors, trailers, and semitrailers or combinations thereof.

(2) "Person" means an individual, a partnership, a corporation, a company, or an association.

(3) "Port of entry officer" means a uniformed member of the Colorado state patrol who is not a trooper and whose powers and duties are described in section 42-8-104 (2).
