C.R.S. § 44-30-831: Violation of article as misdemeanor.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article 30, or any of the rules promulgated pursuant thereto, commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501, except as may otherwise be specifically provided in this article 30.
