C.R.S. § 6-1-506: Resale of a returned facilitative device - disclosure required.

A facilitative device returned pursuant to this part 5 by a consumer in this state, or by a consumer in another state under a similar law of that state, shall not be sold or leased again in this state unless full disclosure is made to the prospective consumer of the reasons for the return.
