C.R.S. § 6-10-121: Additional security - when.

An assignee, from time to time, shall file with the clerk of the court an inventory and valuation of any additional property that comes into the assignee's possession after the first inventory, and the judge, or, in the judge's absence, the clerk, may thereupon require the assignee to give additional security.
