C.R.S. § 6-15-208: Right of action - damages.

In addition to any judicial relief, a person that suffers financial injury or damages by reason of any act or omission prohibited in this part 2 may file a civil action to recover actual damages sustained by the person and the cost of the action, including reasonable attorney fees.
