C.R.S. § 7-58-111: Name.

(1) Use of the term "cooperative" or its abbreviation under this article or section 7-90-601 is not a violation of the provisions restricting the use of the term under section 7-90-601 (7)(a).

(2) A limited cooperative association or a member may enforce the restrictions on the use of the term "cooperative" under section 7-90-601 (7).
