C.R.S. § 7-80-1205: Application of article 80.

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this part 12, the provisions of this article 80 that are applicable to limited liability companies apply to artist companies.

(2) In the event of a conflict between this part 12 and other provisions of this article 80, this part 12 controls.

(3) Notwithstanding section 7-80-108 or another provision of this article 80, the requirements imposed by sections 7-80-1203 (1)(c) and 7-80-1214 (2) shall not be altered in an operating agreement. All other provisions of this part 12 may be modified by the operating agreement to the extent permitted by section 7-80-108 and this part 12.
