C.R.S. § 8-14-105: Penalty for violation.

Any person, corporation, company, or association who violates any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum of not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars for each offense.
