C.R.S. § 8-15.7-305: Scale-up grant fund - creation - gifts, grants, or donations - transfer.

(1) There is created in the state treasury the scale-up grant fund. Money in the fund is annually appropriated to the department to implement the grant program and pay for the department's direct and indirect costs in administering the grant program.

(2) On July 1, 2024, the state treasurer shall transfer two million dollars from the general fund to the scale-up grant fund.

(3) The department may seek, accept, and expend gifts, grants, and donations from private or public sources for the purposes of this part 3.

(3.5) On June 30, 2025, the state treasurer shall transfer five hundred thousand dollars from the scale-up grant fund to the general fund.

(3.7) On June 30, 2026, the state treasurer shall transfer one million fifty-seven thousand one dollars from the fund to the general fund.

(4) The state treasurer shall transfer all unexpended and unencumbered money remaining in the fund at the end of state fiscal year 2026-27 to the general fund.
