C.R.S. § 8-20-904: Penalty.

If any person, partnership, corporation, or association violates the provisions of this part 9, or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this part 9, such person, partnership, corporation, or association is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than three hundred dollars for each offense.
