C.R.S. § 8-20.5-203: Performance of duties by owner or operator.

Duties imposed by this part 2 on the owner or the operator may be performed by either the owner or the operator. If neither the owner nor the operator performs the duties imposed by this part 2, both shall be considered in violation of this part 2.
