C.R.S. § 8-47-204: Employees of division - qualifications.

The executive director has the power to employ, pursuant to section 13 of article XII of the state constitution, such deputies, experts, statisticians, accountants, inspectors, clerks, and other employees as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of articles 40 to 47 of this title or to perform the duties and exercise the powers conferred by law upon the division.
