C.R.S. § 8-76-109: Payments in lieu of premiums by state hospitals and state institutions of higher education.

State hospitals and state institutions of higher education as defined in section 8-70-103 (14) and (15) may elect to make reimbursements in lieu of premiums as provided for nonprofit organizations in section 8-76-110 (1) to (3) and (5).
