C.R.S. § 8-83-101: Definitions.

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Department" means the department of labor and employment created in section 24-1-121, C.R.S.

(2) "Director" means the director of the division.

(3) "Division" means the division of employment and training in the department.
