PART I. TEACHERS

The results from any survey on reading instruction developed by the Department of Education and administered from the school year commencing July 1, 2014, to the school year commencing July 1, 2024, inclusive, shall be confidential and not subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, as defined in section 1-200.
