Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10-14ee: Family history questionnaire re risk of reading proficiency challenges.

On or before January 1, 2022, the Department of Education shall develop or approve a voluntary family history questionnaire to be distributed during the school year commencing July 1, 2022, and each school year thereafter, to assist in the identification, in whole or in part, of students who are at risk of reading proficiency challenges.
