Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10-16rr: Preschool program accreditation.

For the school year commencing July 1, 2017, and each school year thereafter, (1) the local or regional board of education or regional educational service center operating an interdistrict magnet school offering a preschool program, or (2) the governing council of a state or local charter school offering a preschool program shall obtain accreditation for such preschool program from the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
