Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10-66w: Disclosure of tuition and cost for special education services.

Each regional educational resource center providing special education services for a local or regional board of education shall submit a base tuition and cost for services for each school year in which services are to be provided for such local or regional board of education not later than December thirty-first preceding the school year in which services are to be provided.
