PART VI. TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOLS, EDUCATION AND REHABILITATION

On or before January 1, 2027, and biennially thereafter, the Technical Education and Career System shall develop a five-year capital plan for such system and submit such plan, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding.
