Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10a-11l: Five-year capital plan for Connecticut State Colleges and Universities system and description of efforts to increase enrollment.

On or before January 1, 2026, and annually thereafter, the chancellor of the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities shall submit, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding, a five-year capital plan for the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities system and a description of the efforts undertaken in the prior year to increase enrollment in such system.
