Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10a-151d: Report concerning expenditures.

On or before January 1, 2015, and annually thereafter, the governing board of each constituent unit of the state system of higher education shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies concerning expenditures pursuant to sections 4a-52a, 10a-151b and 10a-151c during the preceding fiscal year.
