Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10a-1c: Plan for maintaining distinct missions of Connecticut State University System, Connecticut State Community College and Charter Oak State College. Report.

The Board of Regents for Higher Education shall develop and implement a plan for maintaining the distinct missions of the Connecticut State University System, the Connecticut State Community College and Charter Oak State College and report on such plan to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and appropriations in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a not later than January first annually.
