Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10a-44c: Guidelines for programs to reduce cost of textbooks and educational resources.

The Office of Higher Education and the constituent units of the state system of higher education, as defined in section 10a-1, may each establish guidelines that encourage institutions of higher education in this state to implement programs that reduce the cost of textbooks and other educational resources for students.
