Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10a-56b: Student athlete revenue sharing disclosures by public institutions.

Not later than January 1, 2026, and annually thereafter, each public institution of higher education that enters into a revenue sharing agreement with a student athlete pursuant to section 10a-56 shall submit, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education and employment advancement a report stating the amount of total revenue that is used as compensation for student athletes and the total number of student athletes receiving such compensation.
