Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10a-72c: Advisory council on technical and technological education.

There is established a council to advise the Board of Regents for Higher Education in the performance of its statutory functions relating to technical and technological education. The council shall consist of: (1) The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development and the Labor Commissioner, (2) one technical or technological education faculty member from each campus of the Connecticut State Community College appointed by the chief executive officer of each such campus, (3) one technical or technological education student from each campus of the Connecticut State Community College elected by the student body of each such campus.
