Conn. Gen. Stat. § 12-832: Confirmation of assignment. Agreement by assignee. Further assignments.

(a) Not later than twenty days after receipt of a certified copy of a court order required under subsection (c) of section 12-831, the Connecticut Lottery Corporation shall issue written confirmation to the assignor and the assignee recognizing the assignment.

(b) Any assignee of a lottery prize, by acceptance of the lottery prize in accordance with sections 12830 to 12834, inclusive, agrees to be bound by the general statutes, regulations and all duly enacted rules of the Connecticut Lottery Corporation. All further assignments of lottery prizes shall be subject to the same restrictions and requirements as the initial assignment.
