CHAPTER 241. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

The Commissioner of Transportation may adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to implement the provisions of sections 13a-262 to 13a-267, inclusive, and establish standards and procedures for work zone speed control systems.
