CHAPTER 244d. PEER-TO-PEER CAR SHARING

A peer-to-peer car sharing company and a shared vehicle owner shall be exempt from vicarious liability consistent with 49 USC 30106, as amended from time to time, and under any state law or municipal ordinance that imposes liability solely based on vehicle ownership.
