Conn. Gen. Stat. § 13b-20f: Evaluation of consultants having active agreements with department.

The performance of all consultants who have active agreements with the department shall be evaluated by the supervising unit within the bureau utilizing the consultant services, at least once a year and upon completion of the consultant services. Each such evaluation shall be kept on file in the supervising unit and a copy filed with the permanent selection panel.
