Not later than April 1, 2026, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to establish a speed limit of ten miles per hour for all motorboats and personal watercrafts operated on Mashapaug Lake in the town of Union.
