CHAPTER 269. UNIFORM CERTIFICATE OF TITLE FOR VESSELS ACT

Except as otherwise provided in section 42a-9-337, a certificate of title or other record required or authorized by sections 15-201 to 15-232, inclusive, shall be effective even if it contains incorrect information or does not contain required information.
