CHAPTER 269. UNIFORM CERTIFICATE OF TITLE FOR VESSELS ACT

In applying and construing the provisions of sections 15-201 to 15-232, inclusive, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact such uniform provisions.
