CHAPTER 283*. TELEPHONE, GAS, POWER AND WATER COMPANIES

Commencing January 1, 2012, each electric distribution and gas company shall provide aggregate town customer usage information by customer class that preserves the confidentiality of individual customers to any legislative body of a municipality that requests such information.
