TITLE 16a. PLANNING AND ENERGY POLICY
CHAPTER 298. ENERGY UTILIZATION AND CONSERVATION

On and after July 1, 2013, Operation Fuel, Incorporated and agencies administering state fuel assistance programs shall provide a recipient of funds (1) information regarding the Home Energy Solutions audit, and (2) an application form for said audit.
