TITLE 17b. SOCIAL SERVICES
CHAPTER 319v. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

There is established a mobile field hospital account, which shall be a separate, nonlapsing account. Moneys in the account shall be used by the Department of Social Services to fund the operations of the mobile field hospital in the event of an activation. The account shall contain all moneys required by law to be deposited in the account.
