CHAPTER 325. DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION
PART I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Office of the Correction Ombuds, established pursuant to section 18-81qq, in consultation with the office of the Attorney General, shall publish on said offices' Internet web sites a list of the case captions and the names of the parties for each case filed on or after January 1, 2026, against the Department of Correction relating to excessive use of force or medical neglect that is defended by the Attorney General.
