CHAPTER 325. DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION
PART I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If the Correction Ombuds, appointed pursuant to section 18-81jj, intends to access a medical record of a person who is incarcerated, the Correction Ombuds shall notify such person of the purpose for accessing such record prior to accessing any such record.
