CHAPTER 325. DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION
PART I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

When the term of any inmate of any institution of the Department of Correction expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a legal holiday, he shall be discharged on the last business day preceding.
