TITLE 19a. PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
CHAPTER 368v. HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS

On and after October 1, 2025, each chief medical officer and chief nursing officer employed by a hospital licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be licensed pursuant to chapters 370 and 378, respectively.
