The Department of Public Health shall make available to the public on the department's Internet web site a list that shall include, but need not be limited to, (1) all nursing home facilities and residential care homes in this state; (2) the classification of each such nursing home facility and residential care home; (3) the number and effective date of the license issued to each such nursing home facility and residential care home; and (4) the address of each such nursing home facility and residential care home.
