CHAPTER 409a. FINE ART SECURED LENDERS

The provisions of sections 21-47n to 21-47u, inclusive, shall not apply to any bank, out-of-state bank or any affiliate of a bank or out-of-state bank, as such terms are defined in section 36a-2.
