TITLE 21a. CONSUMER PROTECTION
CHAPTER 418*. UNIFORM FOOD, DRUG AND COSMETIC ACT

This chapter and the regulations promulgated hereunder shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to enact state legislation uniform with the federal act.
