CHAPTER 420c*. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE REGISTRATION

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to include pharmacies or pharmacists licensed under chapter 400j or nurses licensed under chapter 378 who are not advanced practice registered nurses.
